When you shop at Plur stores buying your favorite festival clothing anime, cosplay & crystal jewellery, that you do commit to pay the full amount, orders will be shipped once payment has been cleared, you will receive a notification when your item as been shipped.

Processing time 24 hours - 3 days, we ship and do processing Monday - Friday.

Picked up orders there is no additional costs but payment must be cleared before you pick up, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up.

Always make sure you have ordered the correct size.

If you spend R1000 or more you will get a 10 % discount or free shipping for South African customers only.

No discounts on sale items.

Suggested washing instructions cold water hand wash with rough salt for the first time then after that just cold water hand wash.

International customers:
